Ventria Residence offers a comprehensive, one-stop approach to address the healthcare needs of our residents – from preventive to end-of-life care. Our transdisciplinary team tailor an individualized care plan to enable a healthy, fulfilling retirement for each individual.

Level 1 – Basic Care

  • 24-hour Nursing Care
  • Vital signs monitoring
  • Medication management
  • Assistance from care staff with basic needs, such as preparing supplies
  • Rehabilitation Services
  • 1 time per month
  • 1 group exercise or therapy session per week
  • Family Medicine Consultation
  • 2 times per month
  • Social Worker Care Services
  • 1 time per month

Level 2 – Advanced Care

  • 24-Hour Nursing Care
  • Vital signs monitoring
  • Medication management
  • Basic wound care (for Stage 1-2 pressure injuries)
  • Administering injections (subcutaneous or intramuscular)
  • Assistance or guidance with daily personal hygiene and walking
  • Rehabilitation Services
  • 2 times per month
  • 2 group therapy sessions per week
  • Family Medicine Consultation
  • 2 times per month

Level 3 – Rehabilitation Care

  • 24-Hour Nursing Care

  • Specialized nursing care (e.g. post-stroke, post-operative)
